1. Hexomia Charge Meditation (energy charging station)
At first glance it may look like other ordinary meditations. However, it is different in that Hexomia Charge Meditation means a process of actually receiving Hexomia energy at branches of Da Saeng So Whal. (For convenience sake, it will be used together with the term ‘meditation’)
Hexomia Charge Meditation takes about one hour and consists of three parts: basic gi or qi gymnastics to relax our body, meditation to receive Hexomia and concluding gymnastics.
